About The Role
Our Professional Services team is looking for a Technical Services Consultant who has strong technical experience in software development and systems integrations to join our fast-growing Professional Services team supporting the Life Sciences industry and help shape the future of digital solutions in the chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) space.
As a Technical Services Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ success with QbDVision’s products and services. You will serve as the domain expert for the QbDVision API and support customer projects through services engagements.
What You’ll Own
- Leading, designing, and building solutions to support QbDVision’s customers and partners
- Analyzing business requirements, generating technical specifications to design integrations based on industry best practices
- Designing and building technical solutions across multiple platforms via QbDVision’s REST API
- Developing internal and external tools to help our customers and services team
- Domain expertise in QbDVision REST API
- Assisting in project implementations when technical solutions are required
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver technical solutions
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent working experience
- 3+ years of direct experience with developing system integrations and consulting experience
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud based applications and REST APIs
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies
- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Managed relationships with executive stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 20%
