Yash Sabharwal is an accomplished inventor, entrepreneur, and executive specializing in the funding and growth of early-stage technology companies focused on life science applications. He has started 3 companies and successfully exited his last two, bringing a wealth of strategic and tactical experience to the team.
Ryan Shillington
CTO, Co-Founder
Ryan Shillington is a seasoned CTO with decades of experience in software development, process refinement, architecture, and quality control. There’s very little about building software companies that he doesn’t understand at every layer, from technical things like programming to hiring and managing large remote and diverse teams.
Luke Guerrero
Chief Operating Officer
Luke is an experienced technology leader with a focus on growing teams, developing software products, and managing business operations. As the COO, he leads operations, marketing, and product management, bringing a depth of experience and excitement from other industries.

He is a constant innovator, optimist, influencer, and digital thought leader identifying the next strategic challenge in life sciences, executing and operationalizing on high impact strategic plans to drive growth.
Phillip Johnson
Chief Financial Officer
Phillip Johnson brings over three decades of financial leadership and strategic expertise to his role as Chief Financial Officer at QbDVision. Since joining the company in March 2022, Phillip has leveraged his extensive experience in financial planning, risk management, capital raising, and operational improvement to drive sustainable growth and innovation in the organization.

VP of Engineering
Chas is a decades long veteran of technology who has led teams large and small across a wide variety of industries, from politics, e-commerce, developer tooling, and many others.
Adrienne O'Reilly
Senior Director, QA and Validation
Adrienne has over a decade of experience in the drug development industry, with a focus on quality management systems, GMP quality assurance, and CMC project management. She aided development of combination products and small and large molecules, and implemented and served as system administrator of various electronic quality management systems.
Eric Skivington
Senior Director of Marketing
Eric is an experienced marketing leader with a rich history of driving impactful results across a diverse range of companies, from nimble startups to established enterprises. Having held leadership roles in both creative and marketing positions, Eric brings a unique and versatile skill set to the organization.
Joschka Buyel, PhD
Director of Product
Joschka was an early adopter of QbDVision at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and previously worked on various late-stage projects as a Quality-by-Design Expert for Product & Process Characterization, Process Validation, and Transfers. He has a Ph.D. in Drug Sciences from Bonn University and a M.S. and B.S. in Molecular and Applied Biotechnology from the RWTH University.

Quincy Cooper
Director of Operations
Quincy is a seasoned operations professional with a passion for finding the most optimized intersection point of people and processes. She has nearly a decade of experience in operations, and specializes in empowering small business leaders to focus on strategic objectives and reach their growth goals. Quincy graduated from Texas A&M with a B.A. in Business Management.

Director of Quality by Design
Sana is a process optimization scientist focusing on the application of quality by design and Pharma 4.0 principles. She supports QbDVision customers looking to utilize best practices in the development and scale-up of biopharma development processes.
Konstantinos Giannelos
Senior Software Engineering Manager
Konstantinos is a Senior Solutions Architect with an exceptional blend of technical acumen and passion for building novel software, tools, and methodologies to drive far-reaching changes. Prior to QbDVision, he served as a SaaS Quality Chief Architect and a SaaS Architect to streamline the process of migrating new product acquisitions.

As an Engineering Manager with frontend development roots, Bojana creates team environments where technical excellence meets collaborative problem-solving. Her leadership emphasizes agile methodologies that balance innovation with practical, customer-centered solutions. Her management approach prioritizes continuous learning and engineering’s growth.

Jean Marie comes with a deep background in leading-edge software applications for the life sciences industry. With 35+ years of software industry experience at IBM, Aprimo, Veeva, and others, she has a wealth of leadership experience with customer success and expertise in strategic account planning.
Jack Morel
Senior Product Manager
Jack is a synthesist and former research scientist. As a product manager, they bring together the best parts of software, hardware, and biology to bring therapies to patients faster. In the past they’ve worked in product management at SaaS and CDMO companies, led solution engineering for F500 biotech and pharma, and developed laboratory automation late stage drug development.

Jui is a product-design hybrid. She focuses on solving customer and user problems while driving business outcomes. Her experience spans from UX individual contributor to design leader and entrepreneur in the hardware-software space.

He is published in the Journal of Controlled Release.

With over a decade of experience in the IT industry as an IT Administrator and Specialist across both public and private sectors, I have been instrumental in driving and implementing new systems, policies, and procedures. My role involves managing and administering cloud platforms, MDM systems, ticketing systems, and providing comprehensive internal IT support. Additionally, contributing to key projects focused on enhancing company compliance with security standards, as well as overseeing machine and software integrations.

Emma is a distinguished healthcare leader who has served in multiple C-level positions for both public and private companies in the healthcare technology industry. She has developed M&A strategies for public and private companies on both the buy and sell-side, with investment targets of up to $1B.
Eric Engineer
Director
Eric is a full-time Venture Partner at S3 Ventures, and board member of S3 portfolio companies Atmosphere, VUV Analytics, and CherryCircle Software, the parent company of QbDVision. He was previously CEO at Invodo (an S3 Ventures portfolio company), a partner at Sevin Rosen Funds, and held numerous product and sales roles at Microsoft.
Paxton Major
Director
Paxton Major is a member of Northpond Ventures convergent technologies team. Paxton is a Board Observer at Scitara, Syapse, SimBioSys, NanoView, VieCure, SeluxDX, and other emerging growth companies. Prior to Northpond, Paxton was a consultant at Trinity Partners, a life science-focused strategy and management consultancy. Paxton earned a B.S. with honors in neurobiology from Brown University.

Gloria Gadea-Lopez is the Head of Global Consultancy at Business Platforms. She holds degrees in Chemical Engineering, Food Science (M.S.), and Biosystems Engineering (Ph.D.).
