I’m pleased to welcome aboard and introduce Jean Marie Schiraldi as our new Customer Success Manager! Joining us from Veeva, Jean Marie comes with a deep background in delivering leading-edge software applications to the life sciences industry.
With over 35 years of software industry experience, including roles with IBM, Aprimo, Veeva, and others, Jean Marie brings significant leadership experience with customer success and expertise in strategic account planning. She will work alongside our product, sales, and services teams to help our customers achieve optimal success with QbDVision. Jean Marie is located in the Atlanta metro area, which strategically complements QbDVision’s growing number of US customers, partners, and interests on both coasts as well as our international customers.
We have always believed that Customer Success with the QbDVision application is critical to our core mission of bringing digital transformation and maturity to the life sciences industry. We are excited to have Jean Marie lead this effort and grow the Customer Success team as we grow our customer base. The signals she captures from the market will guide us as we continue to evolve QbDVision, build best practices for product lifecycle management, and grow a future team of dedicated customer success professionals.
